Recently, many parts of the country have become medium and high-risk areas. As of March 14, there were 13 high-risk areas and 283 medium-risk areas in China. The prevention and control of the new coronavirus infection pneumonia epidemic is at a critical period. In this epidemic prevention and control battle, each of us is the "first responsible person" to fight the epidemic. With the continuous spread of the epidemic, hospitals cannot provide isolation places for close contacts and outsiders, which can easily lead to further spread of the virus. Set up centralized medical isolation points to serve those who need isolation and observation to protect the lives and health of the public. In this regard, OLABO has taken preventive measures to deal with the widespread outbreak of the epidemic.
The OLABO large-scale regional isolation medical point project has been successfully completed recently, with 300 compartments and about 240 beds.
The shelter isolation room is well-lit and ventilated, with separate toilets and hand-washing facilities. The interior is complete with air conditioner, TV, bed and so on. Special attention is paid to the fact that each room is equipped with an OLABO air sterilizer and a clean transfer window, which can effectively isolate the internal air from the external air and avoid cross-infection.
In addition, OLABO also provides one-stop service for makeshift hospitals, and is always ready to fight the epidemic.
Balance | Used when formulating reagents and weighing materials |
PH meter |
Used when measuring pH when preparing reagents |
Magnetic stirrer | Stir when preparing reagents (running buffers, stains, gels) |
-25°C refrigerator | Reagents need to be stored at -20°C (required) |
Refrigerator | place reagents (required) |
Mixer | Mix the liquid in advance (required) before adding or preparing reagents |
Pure water machine | For preparing pure water, preparing reagents and PCR system |
Pipette | For pipetting liquids (required) |
Safety cabinet | The operation of adding biologically active samples (such as serum, whole blood, etc.) to the reagent plate needs to be carried out in a biological safety cabinet |
Water bath | 1.Some extraction reagents may crystallize if stored at low temperature. Before use, take a water bath to make the liquid clear. 2. Some kits for manual nucleic acid extraction will have a water bath incubation step |
PCR cabinet | The preparation of the PCR system needs to be completed in the PCR cabinet to prevent aerosol pollution |
Microcentrifuge | Mix and centrifuge the sample before adding |
Dry Thermostat | Same function as water bath, can replace each other |
Mixer | 1. Mix the sample 2. After the PCR system is added, it should be fully mixed before putting it on the machine |
Nucleic acid extractor | Extract and purify nucleic acid |
PCR instrument | After the completion of the PCR instrument, agarose gel electrophoresis needs to be followed up, and the gel imaging system is used to observe after electrophoresis. |
Fluorescence quantitative PCR | With the standard curve made by different concentrations of standards, the machine can directly give the original copy number of the sample, which can be absolutely quantified. This is the end of the experiment |
Electrophoresis equipment | After the PCR machine is completed, follow-up electrophoresis |
Gel imaging system | After agarose gel electrophoresis, observe the film with a gel imaging system to determine whether the target band is amplified |
